Information obligation

The Controller of the User's personal data provided via the contact form, i.e. the entity that determines the purposes and means of the processing is FREEKIDS S.C. ARTUR GĄSIOREK, ZBIGNIEW ANDRUSZEWSKI, Trzęsowice, 32, 55-106, Zawonia, Poland, NIP (Tax ID) 9151766609 (hereinafter: the “Controller”).

The personal data submitted by the User in the contact form are processed by the Controller on the basis of their consent in accordance with the Art. 6.1.a of the Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR”).

Providing your personal data in the contact form is voluntary. The User has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the Controller at u.semeniuk@freekids.pl, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The User has the right to access their data at any time, rectify them, have them erased, or have their processing restricted, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

The Controller processes the Website User's personal data for the following purposes:

1. to communicate with the User, in particular to handle complaints concerning the Controller’s products or services;
2. to present commercial offers to the User by electronic means;
3. to present commercial offers to the Users by phone;
4. to enable the User to send comments about the Controller’s products or services.

The Controller may process the User's personal data as included in the contact form also for the following purposes:

1. to conclude and perform any agreement between the User and the Controller and to handle all matters related to the User, who is a customer of the Controller, in accordance with Art. 6.1.b of GDPR;
2. to conduct financial settlement with the User, who is a customer of the Controller, in order to perform any agreement concluded between the parties, as well as to pursue claims from the User, who is a customer of the Controller, as part of the legal legitimate interest of the Controller in accordance with Art. 6.1.f of GDPR and compliance with the Controller’s legal obligations against the tax authorities on the basis of separate regulations in accordance with Art. 6.1.c of GDPR;
3. to perform marketing activities of the Controller as part of the legal legitimate interest of the Controller in accordance of Art. 6.1.f of GDPR, as well as in accordance with the declarations of intent regarding marketing communication submitted to the Controller. The consents given with regard to marketing communication (e.g. sending commercial information via electronic means or phone calls for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
4. to fulfil the Controller’s legal obligations to the User set out in GDPR within the meaning of Art. 6.1.c of GDPR.

The User’s personal data are or may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:

1. third-party sales companies.

The Controller stores personal data for such a period as is necessary to achieve specific goals, i.e.:

• for the period of the Controller's business activity.
