    3. to perform marketing activities of the Controller as part of the legal legitimate interest of the Controller in accordance of Art. 6.1.f of GDPR, as well as in accordance with the declarations of intent regarding marketing communication submitted to the Controller. The consents given with regard to marketing communication (e.g. sending commercial information via electronic means or phone calls for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
    4. to fulfil the Controller’s legal obligations to the User set out in GDPR within the meaning of Art. 6.1.c of GDPR.
